You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:

• Our Office: 206 Mount Hermon Rd, Scotts Valley, CA 95066
  • We also have locations in Santa Cruz & Campbell
• Your Clients: Projects located in the area

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• Mon-Fri from 7:30am-3:30pm + opportunity for overtime

Your Contribution to Alpha Omega Electric:

• Install/Maintain/Repair electrical systems (new/retro)
• Read and Interpret blueprints
• Advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Communication with clients and team members
• Project Estimates + Upselling Opportunities
• Maintain clean, organized job site
• Mentor apprentices as needed

Requirements

• EV charger installs, sub-panels, residential rewiring, & troubleshooting (REQUIRED)
• 5+ years of licensed RESIDENTIAL electrician experience (REQUIRED)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
• Experience with high-end residential electrical work
• Authorized to work in the US
• Must be fluent in English

Alpha Omega Electric's Contribution to You:

• $30/hr-$60/hr + bonus opportunities – Yup!
• 1 week PTO after 1yr, 2 weeks after 2 yrs.
