• Take accurate messages and relay important information promptly to team members.
• Support routine administrative tasks that help keep daily office operations running smoothly.• Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line or switchboard phone system with confidence.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented telephone manner.
• Comfortable handling a steady volume of inbound calls while staying organized.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a part-time schedule.
