An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in an engaging elementary school environment. This position focuses on providing direct services to a diverse caseload, helping approximately 41 students with varying speech and language needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Rhode Island Speech-Language Pathologist License with CCC
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in a school setting
• Proficient in using AAC devices and understanding their implementation
• Familiarity with Medicaid billing processes
• Strong communication and case management skills

Location:

• Cranston, RI

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to assigned students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
