What You'll Be Doing

• Installing residential HVAC replacement and retrofit systems
• Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splits
• Fabricating and modifying ductwork systems
• Running refrigeration lines, gas piping, venting, and controls wiring
• Performing equipment startups and commissioning
• Troubleshooting installation challenges in the field
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Working closely with homeowners and team members to ensure a positive customer experience
• Following all manufacturer specifications, safety requirements, and local codes

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong retrofit and replacement experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity without constant supervision
• Experience with:
  • Furnaces
  • Heat Pumps
  • Air Conditioning Systems
  • Air Handlers
  • Ductwork Modifications
  • Refrigeration Piping
  • Gas Piping
• Understanding of low-voltage controls and HVAC wiring
• Ability to perform startups, testing, and system verification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
