What You'll Be Doing
- Installing residential HVAC replacement and retrofit systems
- Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splits
- Fabricating and modifying ductwork systems
- Running refrigeration lines, gas piping, venting, and controls wiring
- Performing equipment startups and commissioning
- Troubleshooting installation challenges in the field
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Working closely with homeowners and team members to ensure a positive customer experience
- Following all manufacturer specifications, safety requirements, and local codes
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong retrofit and replacement experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity without constant supervision
- Experience with:
- Furnaces
- Heat Pumps
- Air Conditioning Systems
- Air Handlers
- Ductwork Modifications
- Refrigeration Piping
- Gas Piping
- Understanding of low-voltage controls and HVAC wiring
- Ability to perform startups, testing, and system verification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
