We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and to assist our management team. The ideal candidate will help maintain workflow efficiency and deliver excellent service to both internal teams and customers.

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office activities, including collecting payments, batching credit card/check payments daily, invoicing, billing, collections and change orders
  • Prepare progress reports for weekly meetings
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email with customers and staff
  • Process warranty parts and assist the accounting department
  • Handle service agreements and assist with permits and purchase orders for field personnel
  • Assist with payroll duties
  • Learn and adapt to new software systems such as Service Titan, Excel, and Word
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong telephone communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn multiple new software programs
  • Accounting or bookkeeping skills are a plus
