We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Electrician to join our growing team.

Job Description: We are seeking an Electrician with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in electrical work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of electricians and mechanics on job sites, ensuring quality work and safety protocols are maintained.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine electrical system requirements.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure that all work complies with national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Manage and schedule daily work activities to meet deadlines and ensure the efficient use of time and resources.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior electricians and mechanics.
• Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring adequate stock for ongoing projects.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members to report project status and resolve any issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure long-term reliability and safety of electrical systems.
• Complete detailed reports for work performed, materials used, and project updates.

Qualifications:

• Electrician Mechanic: 3+ Years of experience with managing and supervising commercial jobs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification or safety training will be required to obtain

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $30 per hour (based on experience).
