Bring your people-first mindset to our Janesville, WI team as a Client Experience Specialist. You’ll be the calm, capable voice customers rely on—over the phone, by email, and in live chat—while partnering with a friendly, collaborative group that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

A day in this role

Start your day by checking your multichannel queue, prioritizing requests, and jumping into action. You’ll listen closely, ask smart questions, and provide clear answers about products and policies. When problems arise, you’ll resolve them quickly and professionally, documenting every step in our CRM. Along the way, you’ll share insights with teammates to improve processes, keep product knowledge sharp, and join team huddles and training to continually grow your skills.

What you’ll handle

  • Deliver responsive, high-quality support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Guide customers through inquiries, troubleshooting, and product details.
  • Address and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Record accurate notes on all interactions and transactions in our systems.
  • Collaborate with teammates to refine workflows and elevate satisfaction.
  • Stay current on product updates and company policies to serve confidently.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance performance.

What you bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in customer service or a related support role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Keen problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SAP experience is highly desirable.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
