Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Works Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Weekends/holidays or outside shifts depending on staffing/ facility needs)
- Manages Inventory for Alcohol, Food, & Dry goods for their location
- Relays inventory information to District F&B Manager for orders and COG’s
- Manages F&B department Scheduling for their location
- Relays Payroll Numbers for F&B for their location to District F&B Manager
- Oversees F&B operations during peak times
- Relays any issues/ concerns to District F&B Manager
- Does interviews, onboarding, & Training for all F&B at base location
- Does any types of admin or work needed as needed
