Residential Construction Foreman

What You'll Do
As a Foreman, you'll work closely with the Superintendent to keep projects organized, productive, safe, and moving forward. You'll be a key leader in the field, helping coordinate trade partners, maintain quality standards, and ensure every project reflects the level of craftsmanship Pinemar is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting day-to-day field operations from project startup through completion
- Coordinating and directing trade partners to maintain project momentum
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Monitoring daily progress and helping keep projects on schedule
- Identifying and resolving field issues before they become project delays
- Reviewing work for quality and ensuring it aligns with plans and specifications
- Managing material deliveries, storage, and site readiness
- Building productive relationships with trade partners and holding them accountable to expectations
- Supporting client-facing activities and maintaining a positive project experience
- Assisting with daily reports, project documentation, photos, and communication updates
- Coordinating punch list completion and project closeout activities

Requirements
- Residential construction experience, preferably in custom homes or high-end remodeling
- Strong understanding of jobsite operations and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between project sites as needed
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment
