Job DescriptionEnterprise Program Support Analyst
The Enterprise Program Support Analyst provides program and project support across enterprise initiatives, with a focus on executive reporting, meeting facilitation, and performance tracking. This role supports leadership by developing clear presentations, tracking actions and milestones, and producing routine and ad hoc reports in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. This is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
• Support enterprise program and project activities, including schedule, cost, and performance tracking
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and executive-level reporting materials
• Produce routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and status updates
• Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and track action items to closure
• Maintain tools used to track program, project, and task-level performance data
• Analyze data and communicate findings using written narratives and visual formats
• Support project management reporting and leadership decision-making
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional work experience
• Experience creating and maintaining tools to track cost, schedule, and performance data
• Experience developing routine and ad hoc reports for leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation of analytical findings
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• Additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirements
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) initiatives

Compensation
$60,000–$70,000
