Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This entry-level role is ideal for anyone who is eager to gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and grow within a manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will support daily production activities, assist with shipping and assembly tasks, and contribute to maintaining a safe and organized facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
- Assist with product finishing and assembly tasks
- Support daily production operations to ensure workflow remains on schedule
- Maintain organized workstations and perform light housekeeping duties
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Take initiative in learning new processes and cross-training in different areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree welcomed
- Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Comfortable standing, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
