This is a traveling electrician role on one of three TDR deployment teams with each team being made up of two electricians and a spotter. Teams complete an orientation before deploying to project sites across the country. The hiring process moves fast. Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations and field work as part of a three-person TDR deployment team
- Serve as a qualified team driver when assigned — responsible for safe transport of crew and equipment to and between project sites
- Execute project scope efficiently in commercial and industrial environments with varying site conditions
- Complete required orientation prior to first deployment
- Communicate job status, site conditions, and daily progress to team lead and project management
- Follow all project safety requirements set by the company, the customer, and OSHA at every site
- Support controls-related work on site if background includes controls experience
- Maintain professionalism and reliability throughout deployment — teams are small and every person counts
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman-level electrical experience in commercial or industrial environments
- Must be 21 years of age or older — required to qualify as a team driver
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR — no DUI, DWI, or disqualifying violations
- Available for orientation within two to three weeks and immediate deployment after
- Willing and able to travel for extended periods as part of a deployment team
- Comfortable working in a small team structure with limited on-site supervision
- Must pass full background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- Controls experience is a strong bonus — any team member with controls background stands out
- Prior experience working on large-scale logistics or fulfillment facility projects
- Experience in structured deployment or national account environments
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $30 to $50 per hour based on experience
