Job DescriptionHIRING General Laborers – Aurora, CO
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking General Laborers to support our installation team in Aurora, CO. In this hands-on role, you’ll help assemble and install steel racking systems in a variety of commercial and industrial environments. This position offers steady work, valuable mechanical experience, and the chance to grow with a tight‑knit, team‑oriented crew.
Shift: 1st, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime available)
Pay: $25.00/hr
Job Description:
- Assemble racking systems using hand and power tools
- Lift and position materials up to 50 lbs
- Assist with installations at manufacturing plants, schools, hospitals, and other facilities
- Measure, align, and secure components with accuracy
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Support equipment operation and general site tasks
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in general labor, construction, or manufacturing
- Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with physical work
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- Dependable, punctual, and team‑focused
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
