As a Production Coordinator, some of the job duties performed will include:• Supports Production Supervisors by communicating urgent timelines and requests• Coordinates and communicates Manufacturing expectations to and from the Project Management Team for high-priority accounts• Coordinates and communicates scheduling challenges to the Project Management Team.• Coordinates facility-specific HR Tasks with the Director of HR• Coordinates and communicates workload between shifts• Assist with the transition from the current M2M system to Epicor• Performs final quality inspection of all products immediately before shipping• Coordinate with Production, Service/Installation, and Field Service partners the delivery and installation of the final product.• Maintain professional and consistent communications between Sales, Permit, Design, Pre-Production, Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Field Service, Service/Installation, and Finance throughout the product production, installation, and post-completion process.
Qualifications, requirements, and education required for the Production Coordinator position include:• Project Management Experience: 2+ years - preferred• Sign manufacturing experience required• Experience working in the manufacturing environment• Strong communication (written/verbal) and people skills• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
