In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in managing customer invoicing with accuracy and care while maintaining strict confidentiality of financial records. Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process customer invoices for products and services in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate daily reports on invoice margins and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with sales staff and customers to address billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with suppliers to review and resolve discrepancies in invoices.
• Safeguard sensitive financial information by adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Perform high-volume invoicing tasks while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to manage billing data effectively.
• Conduct complex financial calculations and ensure the accuracy of accounting entries.
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks related to billing and data entry as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry tools.
• Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to perform complex calculations.
• Experience in high-volume invoicing and billing processes.
• Ability to handle numeric and alphanumeric data entry with precision.
• Familiarity with accounting entries and financial record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and team members.
