Job Duties
- Read fabrication drawings, stock lists, and work orders.
- Measure, cut, thread, groove, and prepare steel pipe.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as threading and grooving machines, saws, and welding equipment (if certified).
- Assemble pipe according to customer specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Load, unload, and organize materials in the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training/certification may be provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction is preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic shop drawings.
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
