Job DescriptionPatient Service Representative – San Marcos, CA


Location: Primary site in San Marcos, with occasional assignments in Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, and Rancho Bernardo based on clinic needs
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Shift Availability: Must be available between 6:30 AM – 10:30 PM, weekends required
Pay: $24/hour with growth potential upon permanent conversion
Employment Type: Temporary-to-hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy

  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow

  • Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and maintain accurate records

  • Answer multi-line phones and assist with inquiries

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations as needed

  • Comfort working flexible shifts, including weekends

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
