We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with at least 2 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to the growth of our banking client’s business. You will engage existing customers, identify sales opportunities, and provide outstanding service in a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential and existing banking customers via inbound and outbound channels.
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking products/services, and close sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience (banking/financial/insurance services experience a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting targets.
