Who We Are:

Welcome to Lifepoint Rehabilitation, formerly known as Towanda Memorial Hospital! We are a proud satellite campus of Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, located just 17 miles north in Sayre, PA. Since joining Guthrie in April 2015, we have been dedicated to serving Bradford and Sullivan counties, providing accessible clinical services to our surrounding communities. Our facility includes a 68-bed skilled nursing unit and a 94-bed personal care home, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients.

Your Impact:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in transforming lives. Your expertise will help patients recover and regain their confidence through:

• Delivering therapeutic treatments to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Communicating patient progress and challenges to supervisors and team members.
• Documenting patient care in compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Instructing families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Upholding the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.
• Taking on additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

If you’re passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you! Our ideal candidate will have:

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• A current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are provided.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
