Role Description

The Client Services role is a full-time, hybrid role based in Holladay, UT. This role is situated within the Family Office organization of Athos and supports advisors and clients by handling day-to-day service requests, including account opening, transfers, money movement, document preparation, and responding to client inquiries by phone and email. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, working directly with team members internally and interfacing with clients externally.


In addition, each employee at Athos is responsible for a secondary role that will depend on their unique skill sets paired with current business needs.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Client operations
  • Day-to-day service request for existing and onboarding clients
  • Direct communication with clients regarding money movement, address changes, account opening, and more
  • Review and improve existing processes to create improved efficiency and consistency over time
  • Onboard new clients, including sending agreements for signature, setting up clients in our systems, and managing workflows
  • Operational initiatives as needed


Secondary Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong client-facing capabilities, including client service and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial information clearly and professionally
  • Foundational understanding of Finance, including investment accounts and familiarity with custodial documentation
  • Customer support experience managing inquiries, resolving issues, and tracking requests through completion in a structured workflow or CRM
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word) and comfort learning new financial and CRM software systems
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential client information
  • Entrepreneurial growth mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a financial services or wealth management setting
