Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Sacramento, CA (In-office)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18 – $20 per hour (DOE)
Duration: Temporary to Regular (3–6 months Temporary, with potential for Regular status)
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, highly organized, and capable of managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Support & Customer Service:

Handle incoming phone calls, texts, and emails with a customer-first mindset

Follow up promptly on leads, messages, and internet inquiries

Schedule and confirm appointments; respond to customer questions and concerns

Prepare job quotes and coordinate in-home estimate appointments

Monitor and support in-field housekeeping teams

Assist with errands and office upkeep

Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and positive work environment

Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
1+ years of experience in an office environment
-
Previous housekeeping experience (Preferred)

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook; CRM systems)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

High level of customer service and professionalism

Sales aptitude is a plus

Valid CA Driver’s License

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus (but not required)
Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
