Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations, including prep, production, and service.
- Lead, train, and inspire a talented culinary team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
- Assist with menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet financial goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional kitchen culture focused on teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook in a scratch, high-volume, upscale restaurant.
- Strong culinary foundation with proven leadership ability.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a respectful, motivated kitchen environment.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
