Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations, including prep, production, and service.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a talented culinary team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
  • Assist with menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet financial goals.
  • Maintain a positive and professional kitchen culture focused on teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook in a scratch, high-volume, upscale restaurant.
  • Strong culinary foundation with proven leadership ability.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a respectful, motivated kitchen environment.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
