Job DescriptionThe Project and Operations Coordinator supports the Office of the President by leading, organizing, and executing project workflows for high-priority organizational initiatives and strategic U.S. ministry activities. This role manages timelines, coordinates operational processes, facilitates cross-department communication, and ensures that projects progress from planning to completion with clarity and excellence. Serving as a central hub for information and task flow, the Coordinator develops clear documentation, supports content needs, oversees production processes, and contributes to early-stage planning. The role strengthens organizational alignment by supporting the President’s office with operational and project-based functions that advance ministry-wide objectives
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Every Home for Christ.

- Project & Operational Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project workflows for organizational initiatives originating from the Office of the President and strategic U.S. ministry activity—organizing tasks, tracking milestones, maintaining timelines, and ensuring successful execution.
- Responsible for sourcing and maintaining operational systems and documentation related to workflows, processes, timelines, project requirements, and communication.
- Facilitate cross-department communication by clarifying expectations, delegating tasks within workflows, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring alignment between teams throughout each project phase.
- Support operational planning by contributing to early-stage ideation, offering workflow insights, clarifying objectives, and identifying execution requirements.
- Source and coordinate vendor and production logistics, including print production timelines, proof approval, specifications confirmation, and delivery coordination as well as contract and invoice approvals.
- Support digital execution processes by coordinating updates, providing content when needed, and ensuring alignment across email, website, and social channels in collaboration with digital teams.
- Prepare and organize project-related materials, meeting documentation, schedules, and communications that support executive workflows in the Office of the President.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information, draft materials, and executive-level discussions.
- Content & Creative Support
- Develop or refine written content for print and digital resources when needed, including briefs, guides, scripts, and organizational communications.
- Assist in the creative development process by reviewing drafts, offering feedback, and ensuring brand consistency, while maintaining operational alignment across contributors.
- Performs other responsibilities as requested
QUALIFICATIONS
- Has an active personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Attends and participates in a local church
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of specialized experience in project coordination, operations, communications, or related roles.
- Other Required Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft 365, familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud for reviewing and proofing design files, strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; ability to coordinate work across digital platforms
- Passion for the mission of Every Home for Christ
- Strong personal commitment to their own relationship with the Lord

- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows, timelines, and deliverables concurrently.
- Exceptional organizational and operational process abilities, including structuring complex information and maintaining clear systems.
- Strong communication skills, especially in facilitating alignment between departments and documenting processes thoroughly.
- Ability to work proactively, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions that keep projects on schedule.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in operational and written work.
- Ability to utilize project management systems and workflow tools to organize tasks, timelines, and team communication.
- Understanding of production and vendor coordination processes for print and related materials.
- Familiarity with digital communication and content workflows (email, web, and social media).
- Ability to contribute written content when needed, ensuring clarity, tone consistency, and alignment with organizational messaging.
- High level of confidentiality, professional judgment, and discretion.
- Ability to work independently while receiving direction from executive leadership.

Other Position Requirements:
- Working Environment: In office five days per week; typical office environment; typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties and business demand.
- Physical Demands: sit or stand for prolonged periods of time and talk and hear regularly, must be able to walk, lift, carry; regular use of hands/fingers to handle, control, use tools with repetitive movements; lifting weight needs up to 50 lbs; Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
