Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Summary:
RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-In-Charge for an 813 week assignment with a respected Long-Term Care pharmacy in Minnesota. This position offers a leadership opportunity in a high-volume, team-oriented environment with a chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care operations.

Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00am 7:00pm
One weekend per month

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations, supervising staff pharmacists and technicians
Manage workflow efficiency, production timelines, and compliance with regulations
Oversee CII inventory management and maintain controlled substance compliance
Lead 797-Compliance program training, documentation, and revisions
Collaborate on workflow improvement and safety initiatives

Requirements:
Active Minnesota pharmacist license
Minimum 2 years recent LTC pharmacy experience
At least 2 years of pharmacy management or PIC experience
