Full-Time Specialty Pharmacy Manager - Virginia, MN

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated Specialty Pharmacy Manager for a 13+ week assignment in Virginia, MN. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment with the chance to make a significant impact on patient care in a specialty pharmacy setting.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing long-term care pharmacy services to patients, ensuring they receive optimal therapeutic outes. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to review medication regimens, ensure proper drug utilization, and provide patient counseling. The pharmacist will also play an essential role in managing medication therapy and ensuring pliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy degree) from an accredited institution.
• Immunization Certification.
• CPR Certification.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy practice.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Exceptional munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Some weekends may be required
