<p>Independent Contractor Requirements</p>
<ul>
<li>Must have a valid CDL-A</li>
<li>Must be at least 23 years of age</li>
<li>1-year driving experience required</li>
<li>TWIC within 60 days of onboarding</li>
<li>Clean Background&nbsp;</li>
<li>2000 or older trucks must be approved</li>
<li>No drug or alcohol related offenses in the past 7 years</li>
<li>If you have 6 months flatbed experience more than 2 years ago and less than 10 years ago, you can qualify for flatbed by attending a load securement awareness program.</li>
<li>Real ID within 90 days of onboarding.</li>
<li>Must be able to present passport or Birth Certificate – must be able to present at any time.&nbsp;</li>
