Our client, a world-renowned cancer treatment and research center is seeking an Human Resources Call Center Representative to join their team.
- This is a long-term temporary position.
- The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 11am – 7pm.
- The pay rate is $25.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries via phone and email regarding benefits, payroll, leave policies, and general HR support.
- Provide guidance on Workday navigation and HR processes, ensuring employees had access to accurate, timely information.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to escalate and resolve complex employee cases with care and discretion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking in alignment with compliance and confidentiality standards
Required Skills and Education
- 1+ year of HR and Customer Service Experience, preferably in a call center.
- Associate’s degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED required.
