Job Description
Provide substance abuse counseling services on a group and individual basis to clients diagnosed with an SUD disorder. Some clients may have co-occurring disorders. Intensive Outpatient services
Ability to do the following:
Use the ASAM assessment tools
Prepare collaborative treatment plans
Write progress notes as required
Make recommendations for appropriate level of care
Prepare transition plans
Be an active member of a multidisciplinary clinical team
Licensed or license eligible clinicians preferred (supervised hours available if needed)
