<ul>
<li>DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school is required</li>
<li>Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry</li>
<li>Current state license</li>
<li>Previous experience in clinical or private practice</li>
<li>CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications</li>
<li>Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends</li>
