About the Role:
As a Program Coordinator at Gateway Residential Services, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients through effective program management. Join a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional residential services in Evansville, IN, where your contributions will make a tangible difference. This position works 32 billable hours in the client's home per week, allowing 8 hours per week for completion of paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of client programs and services.
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with staff to create individualized care plans for clients.
- Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff development.
- Manage client assessments and maintain accurate records.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and community resources.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for program activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or management.
- Strong knowledge of residential service regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
