ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Ive spent most of my career in the insurance industry and bring over 20 years of experience to the agency. Helping people, developing strong relationships, and building a positive team environment have always been passions of mine.

I earned my MBA from University of Southern Indiana and my bachelors degree from Illinois State University. Im married with children who keep me busy and active outside of work. I stay involved in the community through the Gibson County Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement initiatives, and a variety of local community events. Giving back and staying connected locally is something I truly value.

Our agency offers a Simple IRA, licensing costs paid up front, extensive training opportunities, and a flexible, understanding environment when it comes to personal and family needs. Were committed to helping team members feel supported and set up for success from the start.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Marcy King - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
