We are seeking an experienced EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to join an nationally renowned retail company's distribution center as an Onsite Occupational Health Clinician at their Dekalb, IL onsite clinic! Prior occupational health experience is not required- the manager is open to considering candidates from any healthcare setting and provides a great training program.

Onsite Occupational Health Clinician Day to Day:

Full training is provided - prior occupational health experience is not needed
Participate in daily operations at this plant's on-site clinic
Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses
Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts
Pre-employment and post-offer screenings
Documentation of care using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools
Physical Assessment Testing (PATs)
Case Management
Medical charting
OSHA record-keeping

Onsite Occupational Health Clinician Job Type: W2 Contract for up to 12 weeks to cover for an employee out on leave of absence. Potential to be extended or turn permanent.

Onsite Occupational Health Clinician Schedule:

Wednesdays-Fridays 2p-12a

Saturdays 12-10p

Onsite Occupational Health Clinician Pay & Benefits:

$25-40/hr based on licensure
