• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents/patients in accordance with facility policies, standards of practice, and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Support patients with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• CPR/BLS certification (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
