Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A healthcare facility in Rochester, MI, is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist specializing in computerized tomography (CT) to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves performing advanced CT imaging procedures as well as general diagnostic radiology examinations under general supervision. Candidates will contribute to high-quality patient care by producing clear, accurate diagnostic images to assist in medical evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients with precision and care.
- Conduct general diagnostic radiology examinations as required.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely results.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist with specialized expertise in CT imaging.
- Experience performing computerized tomography and general diagnostic radiology exams.
- Strong understanding of radiologic safety protocols and patient positioning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under supervision.
Schedule/Hours:
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM every other weekend.
