This position will support both sales and event planning teams.
What you will be doingResponsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Being a liaison between sales and event planning
- Assisting with preparing sales agreements, coordinating group and event business, coordinating communication with clients
- Providing exceptional service to internal and external guests
- Assists with coordination of meetings and events
- Building and maintaining relationships with other departments

The ideal candidate for this position
- Has a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Has refined verbal and written communication skills
- Is proficient in general computer knowledge
- Previous hotel experience is not required
