Our private Med Spa office is looking for a social media specialist who has sales experience as well as graphic design, picture and video editing experience. We are looking for someone who is a go-getter, takes initiative, great time management, takes direction well, camera friendly, loves social media, highly motivated, a great communicator, energetic, positive attitude, with skills in generating patient leads. This position is responsible for building and maintaining the reputation and visibility of our Med Spa by coordinating all communications and social media, and ensuring that the marketing efforts are associated with our brand. Must be up to date with all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Pintrest also must be proficient in Canva.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for strategy, planning, execution, and evaluation of all social media marketing.
  • Post pictures & videos on our social media account(s)
  • Film procedures and services
  • Research current trends and audience preferences.
  • Ability to sell and promote products
  • Identify target audiences and create relevant content strategies
  • Develop communications strategies to consistently deliver our message to our clients/followers.
  • Create a schedule for marketing and social media activities.
  • Develop rich and creative content optimized for search engines, develop keyword content to ensure top placement of our Med Spa in citywide searches, manage all SEO.
  • Create and manage campaigns.
  • Design and initiate social media posts, blogs, email blasts, newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
  • Monitor accounts and respond promptly to online DM’s and comments.
  • Track and measure results. Provide monthly report of effectiveness to leadership.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with external media, maximize media opportunities. (influencers)
  • Identify media opportunities, pitch stories to media, writes and submits press releases.
  • Interact with clients & patients to receive testimonials, reviews & feed back.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Successful track record in content management, and tracking analytics.
  • Proficient in working with Social Media shops, TikTok shop.
  • Graphic design skills
  • Attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality work and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to communicate productively with staff, committees and customers.
  • Positive attitude and good work ethic.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Team player


Job Type: Full-time, In-Office

Expected hours: 40 per week
