Full-Time | $200K–$350K

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 15+ loans per month consistently — with top performers closing 20+.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned builder communities.

  • Navigate our process-driven environment with humility, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Deliver a seamless mortgage experience to buyers with exceptional customer service.

  • Maintain and grow a high capture rate.

  • Collaborate closely with internal processors, underwriters, and leadership to ensure operational excellence.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: 10+ years in residential or commercial mortgage preferred (minimum 5–7 years required).

  • Volume-Ready: You’ve consistently managed 12–15 loans per month and can hit the ground running.

  • Service-Driven: The builder is your first customer; the buyer is your second. You treat both with care.

  • Team-Oriented: You’re not here to run solo. You follow process, respect the team, and contribute to a culture of collaboration.

  • Humble: No egos here. We want professionals seeking a long-term home — not lone wolves.

What We Offer

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $40K

  • Commission: 30 bps off volume

  • Bonuses:

    • 2.5 bps for 80% capture

    • 2.5 bps for outstanding customer service

  • Total Expected Compensation: $200K–$350K

Support & Structure

  • Dedicated support staff: Underwriters, processors, compliance, and credit teams.

  • Strong internal leadership: Local lead, VP Ops, and executive oversight.

  • Assigned communities — build deep, consistent relationships.

  • Hybrid flexibility: Work from home and in the field. **Must be Austin-based.
