Job Description
We are seeking dedicated full-time Production Associates to join our expanding team, particularly within our Wall Panel division. Due to increased success over the years, we need additional team members to help fulfill customer orders. Minimal experience is required as these positions are true temporary roles with excellent training and mentorship programs provided.
Responsibilities
- Comfortably work with a tape measure throughout 8-10 hour shifts.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ensure safety and quality are prioritized daily.
- Participate in mentorship programs to facilitate training and integration into the production floor.
- Assist in achieving department production goals.
- Read and understand shop details and job instructions.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent working relationships.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical inclination.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work comfortably with a tape measure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Safety and quality conscious with a motivation to achieve excellence.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- High School Diploma or GED is a plus.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing management is advantageous.
- Custom engineered wood manufacturing work experience.
- Computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, or Oracle.

Work Environment
Our work environment focuses on wood processing and manufacturing operations, occasionally exposing employees to outside weather conditions. Most work is conducted in non-climate controlled environments, and we have several production buildings with potential for expansion. Our facility includes various departments such as Production, Engineering, Quality, and Fabrication, along with warehouses for shipping and material storage.

This is a Contract position based out of Delaware, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
