Position Summary
ProSmile is in search of an energetic, motivated, and organized Dental Receptionist with a positive attitude who is looking for growth and development in their field and the opportunity to ascend in a growing organization that puts the care of its patients and the satisfaction of its employees first.
Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact with patients, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Coordinate patient flow and manage front desk financial activities such as scheduling, patient paperwork, collecting payments, and processing insurance cards.

Maintain the reception area, inventory office supplies, and manage patient literature and related items.

Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills/Expected Competencies

High School diploma or GED preferred
