Compensation
This role is 100% commission-based. You’ll operate as an independent contractor with no salary—earnings depend entirely on your ability to perform.

Position Summary
The Member Enrollment Specialist works directly with individuals who have requested benefits information. You’ll guide them through plan options, help them enroll, and answer any lingering questions—all virtually.

Duties

• Host Zoom calls with interested union members

• Walk them through their eligibility and program options

• Submit paperwork digitally and confirm completion

• Track outreach activity and follow-up dates

• Stay engaged through weekly optional training
