Join our team as an Assembler where you will play a crucial role in building and assembling cooper piping and rubber tubing for our High Density Liquid Cooling product. You will work with hand and power tools, utilizing blueprints to assemble intricate cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. You will also learn to braze copper piping and grind off the finished product. This position requires standing throughout your shift and involves both individual and team work.
Responsibilities
- Assemble cooper piping and rubber tubing for High Density Liquid Cooling products.
- Utilize hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks.
- Follow blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and steel enclosures.
- Learn and perform brazing on copper piping.
- Grind off the finished product for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently as required.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Capability to perform mechanical assembly tasks.
- Experience in general labor and construction settings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- No previous manufacturing experience required, but a desire to enter the field is essential.
- 3+ months of assembly experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge or experience working with tools.
- Comfortable standing for the entire shift.

Work Environment
Experience working in a large and dynamic manufacturing environment where high speed operations are routine but not on an assembly line. Enjoy a clean workspace, though note that temperatures can rise in the summer as the environment is not temperature controlled.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr.
