Lets be honest
This isnt a job where youll be sitting in an office all day pushing paper. Its a hands-on leadership role where youll spend time on the floor, learn the machines, gain your teams trust, and then gradually step into full operational management.

What Youll Be Doing
- Lead daily manufacturing operations for custom rubber conveyor belts, from production and engineering to quality and scheduling.
- Manage a crew of 9 (growing to 1520) as demand increases and a second shift is added.
- Be on the floor early on learning presses, rollers, hydraulics, and compounding equipment and over time, balance that with office-based scheduling and planning.
- Oversee quality, safety, procurement, and supply chain to keep production running smoothly.
- Work directly with leadership to plan for growth and continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity you like to understand how things work.

- Comfort with custom manufacturing and the moving parts of scheduling, quality, and supply chain.
- Spanish language skills are a big plus, since much of the team is Spanish-speaking.
- A mix of humility and confidence: willing to learn from the outgoing manager, while building your own credibility and leadership style.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Compensation: $100K$120K base + annual bonus.
- Training & transition support: A structured onboarding program and guidance from the retiring manager.
- Autonomy: Report directly to the President, with room to shape operations without layers of red tape.
- Culture: Respect, accountability, and a close-knit team environment.
- Future growth: As the business expands, your role and responsibilities will grow with it.
What to Expect in the Process
- First call (video), followed by an onsite plant tour, and a final leadership meeting.
- If youre the right fit, theyre ready to move quickly sometimes making offers the day after the in-person meeting.
If youre looking for a leadership role where you can get your hands dirty, earn your teams respect, and then build something long-term, this could be your next step.
