Job DescriptionSalary:
SUMMARY:
Receives and ships company products and materialsin accordance withmanagement directions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cycle counts perform regular physical counts of inventory in stock to ensure accuracy
- Kitting job orders pull parts from inventory gathered into a tub (or kit) for manufacturing floor for daily assemblies
- Receiving materials perform data entry of incoming purchase orders, verifying incoming materials.
- Staging Sales orders pull sales orders from inventory for daily shipments, staging sales order for Quality Control checks and verifications
- Shipping pack sales orders for daily shipments,knowledgeof domestic and international shipping requirements.
- VRMA Process Returning materials to vendors that need to be reworked.
- Process incoming repairs
- Anyadditionalduties requested by management
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Ability to read and write fluent English.
- Ability toutilizea computer to enter data and prepare reports.
- Ability to distinguish surface details and characteristics.
- Ability to perform repetitive and non-repetitive physical tasks.
- 2 years experience in shipping and receiving environment.
- Solves routine problems independently and with a continuous improvement focus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Qualified candidates should be fluent in English. The applicant mustpossessthe ability towriteroutine reports andcorrespondences.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Candidates must have a strong command of computer desktop tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) toassistin completing essential duties. Effectivelydemonstratesstrong written and verbal communication skills. Must have a willingness to constantly be learning. Syteline experience is a preferred but notrequired.
