What you'll do:

  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware.
  • Keep the dish machine clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective. Report any issues immediately.
  • Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
  • Assist the Prep Team in preparing items from Acero's menu for lunch, brunch and dinner service
  • Maintain a clean working environment.
  • Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays.
  • Maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
