What you'll do:
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware.
- Keep the dish machine clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective. Report any issues immediately.
- Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
- Assist the Prep Team in preparing items from Acero's menu for lunch, brunch and dinner service
- Maintain a clean working environment.
- Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays.
- Maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
