Join our team as a Manufacturing Technician where you will play a crucial role in setting up, calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. This position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with the opportunity for overtime when needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
- Troubleshoot printed wiring assemblies.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings and diagrams.
- Test devices to ensure proper functionality and conduct root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to meet quality and safety standards.
- Provide failure reports based on analysis.
- Streamline and improve production activities across functional teams.
- Follow in-process inspection procedures, check work quality visually, and verify inspections by completing records.
- Escalate barriers and issues to supervisor and support functions.
- Responsible for manufacturing and assembly of products and support all production line aspects.
- Follow all safety procedures and programs per company policies.
Essential Skills
- Ability to follow technical drawings and diagrams.
- Experience with troubleshooting and testing electronic devices.
- Capability to provide root cause analysis and failure reports.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers and team members.
- Commitment to quality and safety standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree or four-year vocational high school education.
- Some soldering experience preferred.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
