Job Title: UX Designer – Digital Experience
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a UX Designer to help create thoughtful, inclusive digital experiences across platforms that serve a variety of users—from customers and caregivers to internal teams. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to design user-centric solutions that support onboarding, dashboards, portals, and service tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, responsive web and cross-platform experiences
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications using tools like Figma and Miro
- Translate user research into scalable, accessible design solutions
- Contribute to a design system and support agile teams through design QA and documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workflows and user needs
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of UX or product design experience
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe CC) and agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design
- Portfolio showcasing user-centered process and polished digital work
- Experience in regulated or healthcare-related industries a plus
