Job Title: MRI Technician
Location: Detroit MI 48202
Hours Available: Mon - Fri 10:00pm-6:30am
Shift Hours: 8.00
Pay: $56.00 - $58.00 per hour
Scheduled Pay: Bi Weekly

MRI Tech Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Consult with the radiologist</li>
<li>Calibrate and adjust equipment for each image</li>
<li>Communicate with patient to go over medical history and answer questions</li>
<li>Make sure the patient gets into and maintains the right position using immobilization or support devices</li>
<li>Prepare contrast agent and inject via IV</li>
<li>Minimize radiation exposure to patient, self and other staff</li>
<li>Monitor patient’s well-being during scan</li>
<li>Evaluate MRI scan for quality</li>
<li>Maintain imaging equipment</li>
<li>Assist with clerical functions</li>

MRI Technician Requirements
<ul>
<li>Graduate of Accredited Radiology Program NJ State RT License</li>
<li>Active MRI Tech state MI license/certificate</li>
<li>2 years experience as a MRI Technician</li>
</ul>
