The role provides exceptional professional growth, as you'll experience both Cardiac and Neuro ICU environments. Opportunities to float across different units—including Neuro ICU, Burn ICU, Med/Surg, and Intermediate Care—ensure that each day offers fresh challenges and valuable experiences.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Work every other weekend and holiday (EOW, EOH)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to diverse patient populations
  • Float between CVICU, Neuro ICU, Burn ICU, and other units based on patient needs and within your scope of experience
  • Respond adeptly to emergencies and deliver patient-centered care
  • Flexibly accept assignments, including Med/Surg or IMC patients as needed
  • Willingness to float to nearby facilities (within 40 miles), expanding your professional network and skill set
  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and ensure thorough patient documentation

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license and current BLS/ACLS certification
  • Prior ICU experience (CVICU and Neuro experience preferred, but not required)
  • Adaptable and open to cross-training in multiple critical care environments
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
