Job DescriptionOverview of Teaching Positions at Our Organization

Teachers at our organization are essential to early childhood education, responsible for establishing a secure and supportive learning atmosphere for young children. They execute our curriculum tailored to the individual needs of each child while fostering connections with parents and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the center. With an emphasis on child development and family involvement, our educators strive to positively influence both families and the wider community.

Futures begin here, where initial steps, new friendships, and confident learners are nurtured. As a leading provider in early childhood education, we offer a range of educational and childcare solutions for families. Whether through our learning centers or other programs, we aim to instill confidence in children, families, and the shared future. We invite you to join us in shaping this future across neighborhoods, workplaces, and schools nationwide.

Our educators, center personnel, and field leaders form the core of our mission. By joining our team, you will directly contribute to the education of children each day, experiencing both the challenges and successes that come with this vital role. You will never be alone in this journey; you will collaborate with a community of dedicated individuals who are equally passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential. The most rewarding aspect? Witnessing the positive changes you make in the lives of young learners and their families, and recognizing the significance of your work.

As a Teacher with us, you will:

  • Receive investment in your professional growth as you create exceptional experiences in our classrooms.
  • Be recognized for your dedication to our children and families as you progress in your career.

In your role as a Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver our curriculum in a manner that aligns with the distinct needs of each child.
  • Establish a safe and nurturing space where children can engage in play and learning.
  • Collaborate with parents, sharing a common goal of providing the best care and education for their children.
  • Contribute to the success of your center by working alongside staff and leadership to meet objectives related to enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement.
  • Build positive relationships with families, fellow educators, state licensing authorities, community partners, and corporate collaborators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the position or demonstrate a willingness to obtain them.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or a commitment to acquire them.
  • Physically capable of lifting at least 40 pounds and working in both indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Able to adopt low postures to maintain physical and visual contact with children, ensuring their safety and engaging in physical activities.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English to communicate effectively with children and their parents.

Our benefits are designed to support you. We assist our employees in balancing work and personal life:
- Enjoy discounted childcare benefits for your entire family.
- Relax with medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family (including pets!).
- Access employee assistance programs for mental health and personal development support.
- Thrive with health and wellness programs, paid time off, and discounts on work-related necessities, such as mobile phones.
- … and much more.

We operate accredited, research-based, and customizable programs in over 2,000 locations across 40 states and the District of Columbia. As we grow, we are meeting the needs of an increasing number of families, dynamic work environments, and diverse communities nationwide. We believe that every family deserves access to high-quality childcare, regardless of their background or location. Each day, you will help bring this mission to life by fostering community and providing exceptional experiences. If you share our values, you will come for the work and stay for the people.

Our organization is an Equal Opportunity employer. All qualified candidates will be considered for employment without regard to race, national origin, age, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, military or veteran status, gender identity or expression, or any other basis protected by local, state, or federal law.
