Your Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution; or currently enrolled in an accredited dental program working towards a DDS or DMD.
- Valid dental license to practice in the state or the ability to obtain one.
- DEA certification required.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
